Last updated: 16 June 2026 Effective date: 4 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voris analytics platform at voris.ai (the "Service"), provided by Rocket Venture Labs B.V. ("Voris", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KVK 99793237).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

1. Who may use Voris#

Voris is a business tool. You may use the Service if you can form a binding contract with us. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and agree to these Terms. The Service is offered to businesses and professionals, including independent operators such as bloggers and solo founders.

The Service is not directed at children, and you must not install Voris in a way intended to collect data primarily from children.

2. Accounts#

  • You sign in with a magic link sent to your email, we do not use passwords.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You may invite team members and assign them roles. You are responsible for your team members' use of the Service.

3. Plans, billing, and payment#

Free and paid plans

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans with additional features and capacity. The features included in each plan, and any usage limits, are described on our pricing page and may change as the product evolves.

Payments via Paddle (Merchant of Record)

Our order processing and payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases of paid plans. Your purchase is therefore also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which apply to the payment and order alongside these Terms. In practice:

  • You buy the subscription from Paddle, and Voris (the "Supplier") makes the Service available to you under these Terms. Paddle, not Voris, is the seller of record for the transaction and the merchant shown on your statement.
  • Paddle handles checkout, payment methods, billing, and your order confirmation and receipt.
  • Paddle calculates, collects, and remits any applicable taxes (VAT, GST, or sales tax). If you are tax-registered, you may request a refund of charged tax through Paddle within 60 days of your purchase.
  • Where Paddle's Buyer Terms and these Terms both apply, Paddle's Buyer Terms govern the purchase transaction and these Terms govern your use of the Service.

Renewal and cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically for further periods equal to your initial term (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account or through Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

Review required: the following reflects our intended commercial policy alongside Paddle's Buyer Terms, and must be confirmed against EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU right of withdrawal) before publishing.

Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, under Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law:

  • Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing it. That right is lost once you start using or benefiting from the Service within those 14 days, to the extent permitted by law, even if you agreed that access could start sooner. You may be asked to acknowledge this at checkout.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing period. Monthly subscriptions are otherwise not refunded, because you keep access through the period you have already paid for.
  • As a goodwill policy in addition to the above, annual plans may be refunded if you request it within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After that window the annual term is non-refundable, but you may cancel to stop the next renewal.
  • Request a refund or cancellation through Paddle, or contact us and we will help.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us or Paddle first and we will work to put it right. Starting a chargeback or payment dispute that Paddle or we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive may lead to suspension of your account while we investigate.

4. Acceptable use#

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to collect data unlawfully, or without providing your own visitors with any notice or consent their jurisdiction requires;
  • Put personal data (names, emails, IDs, etc.) into custom event properties or into URLs you track, Voris is designed to avoid collecting personal data, and doing this undermines that design and may breach data-protection law;
  • Track websites or apps you do not own or are not authorized to track;
  • Attempt to breach tenant isolation, access another customer's data, or circumvent security or rate limits;
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product (except as permitted by mandatory law);
  • Use the Service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your data and privacy#

  • Your account data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Analytics data you collect on your sites is processed by us as your processor, under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms where applicable.
  • You are the controller of the analytics data you collect. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and for any notices or consent your visitors' jurisdiction requires.

6. Our intellectual property; your content#

  • The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to Voris. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
  • The data you collect through the Service is yours. We claim no ownership of it and use it only to provide the Service to you (and, in aggregated/anonymous form, to operate and improve the platform).

7. Service availability and changes#

  • We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a material adverse change to a paid feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.
  • Some features (for example, Privacy Modes B and C) are described as "coming soon" and are not guaranteed to ship on any particular timeline.

8. Disclaimers#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Analytics figures are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for significant decisions.

9. Limitation of liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for intent or gross negligence).

10. Termination#

  • You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law.
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete or anonymize your analytics data in line with the retention periods in the Privacy Policy, except where we must keep records (for example, financial records for 7 years).

11. Governing law and disputes#

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms#

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
