Where the AI-visibility comparisons come from
A verification reference for the eight AI-visibility comparison pages. Reviewed 2026-07-27.
Each comparison is qualitative only, with no competitor prices, and draws on the competitor’s own site plus at least one independent review or directory. The core thesis on every page, that these tools measure the AI answer rather than the on-site visit, was corroborated across the vendor and an independent source in each case. Facts were researched in July 2026 from public web sources; some independent sources are review sites of varying rigor, and nothing here was verified by hands-on testing. Where sources conflicted, the note records what was hedged rather than asserted. Re-verify each quarter.

Note: Re-verified 2026-07-27 (three-probe pass): core is off-site AI-answer visibility, but Otterly now ships an early-access, closed-beta "Agent Analytics" (Standard and Premium plans) that reads server/edge logs to detect AI-bot crawls. One Otterly marketing page also claims it identifies human AI-referral arrivals, but the canonical features page frames it bot-only and independent reviews do not confirm the human-referral claim, so treat that as beta/unconfirmed. It does NOT track conversions. Claude and Gemini are paid add-on engines, not base (base: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Copilot). The page copy was corrected to match. Re-check Agent Analytics scope before publish.

Watch-item (2026-07-27): GetMint pre-announced deeper analytics for mid-2026, so re-check getmint.ai/platform before publish in case its on-site/attribution scope has expanded; as of this review it still does not install on-site or track conversions.

Note: Closest overlap: Qwairy markets a "Measure" module for AI referral traffic, but it works via integrations with the customer's existing analytics (GA4/Matomo), not a first-party script, and one independent review disputes it tracks real referrals/conversions. The page frames this as integration-based and lightly documented rather than asserting either extreme. Re-verified 2026-07-27: Qwairy has since added an "AI Revenue" view, but it derives revenue and conversions from the customer's connected GA4, not from its own first-party tracking, so the integration-based framing still holds.
